I have read posters that think Frost is going to recruit a lot of Iowa players, but looking on his 2019 recruit commitments I did not see any Iowa or Nebraska players. Iowa is recruiting a lot in Midwest.
Ohio State has few Ohio recruits, and Michigan has few Michigan recruits. This makes Iowa high school coaches look good since we have so many Iowa recruits in this and previous years.
Not generally considered a hotbed for recruiting, the state of Indiana has been producing a lot of talent.

3 of the 10 commits thus far are from Nebraska so not sure where you got this info.

^ This, plus they're heavily recruiting the top 2 player in the state. So there is a very real chance they land the top 5, and only offer-worthy, players in Nebraska.

Regarding your title, they are also recruiting Mosai Newsom out of Iowa, although he may be a fallback recruit for them.
