Right. Have the landscaper plant something that the deer don't see as a meal. We've never feed them except the camellia

Ever heard of chronic wasting disease?Where's the Deer Flu when you need it?

A hunting/fishing/bait and tackle supply or gun store usually stocks red fox urine. I don’t know if the new fancy schmancy ones like Bass Pro do but I bet you can order it or similar stuff online? You can try coyote piss, or google some homemade deterrents. Nothing is really guaranteed though. You could always build a fence.

From my experience, you have to erect a physical barrier. Chemical deterrents don't work long term if they work at all. All my fruit trees are caged and I'm looking at putting up something to keep them out of my garden. I'm not sure what that is yet. Killing them helps, but you can't kill them all.
CSB, I've had one lounging in my back yard for several hours. A doe just having a lie down under a bush. Sucks because the dog is petrified of going outside with it in the yard, so I've had to get dressed twice and walk her down the street to poop and pee.
Sounds like a smart dog to me. I had a lab that chased a deer once. She came back with a really bad limp.Pic of sissy dog?
Don’t build highways where the deer roam.I will say this:
We need a lot more deer hunters in this country.
Dead freaking deer all over the highways causing millions of dollars in damage every year. And that's not counting any ag damage.
Teach your children to hunt.
There is one with every post. Do you think she's taking a deer on? There's a herd back there in the woods, and a buck.Pic of sissy dog?
They could prob clear that if they really wanted to.7 foot tall fence around your garden will solve that problem. Oh, and don't forget adding a gate.

I use a product called Liquid Fence that works pretty well, but you have to reapply to your plants after each rain. It’s a combination of egg whites, cayenne pepper, garlic, and some other nasty stuff. Our landscaper just planted a of camellia in our back yard. The deer have already started eating the leaves.
