My son is going to have a very VERY big laugh over this, as the one time owner of tens of thousands of lego bricks.
I will say this though: a revised business model with all-flat surfaces where the bricks are held together by some sort of glue has promise. you could really make a killing selling marked up glue and solvents in a sort of razor/razor blade model. Though I don't necessarily want to think about what the Museum might see the glue and solvents as metaphors for.
Also I like the bricks with the 8 dicks. Reminds me of Peter Gabriel’s slipperman costume.
And I guess tongue and groove, dovetail, and a whole host of other carpentry joints are out of the question.
