New DOJ crime data appears to support Trump's debate claims about high crime rates

The Department of Justice released a new report on Thursday showing that crime rates remain elevated under President Biden.

This new data is challenging the narrative currently being pushed by the White House and the Kamala Harris campaign. It also highlights how difficult it is to get an accurate nationwide measure of where crime is actually trending.

I was trying to find in the methodology if they focused on specific cities or how the sampling works. It appears uts just a random 240k households each year.
 
Whiskey, show me your evidence that crime is worse. It is not. In fact, it has gone down dramatically on violent offenses.

Sorry that you assume everyone is raping and murdering people because it shows up on your phone feed. But it simply is over sensationalizing things. Look at the number of murders in the 1970's and look at it compared to 2023.
