well it is Friday and I was feeling magnanimous . I didn't want to slam the entire board right before a glorious SUNNY weekend . This board is entertaining and a lot like quick sand... tread cautiously or you will get dragged down into the muck and the more you struggle the deeper you sink.

Agreed. This should be a place that’s safe for parents of athletes to visit as well as fans from other schools. If you come with the right attitude and a thick skin there shouldn’t be any issues.
Back to Estrada. I think since he is so short, he may want to consider 141. Block isn’t holding this weight long. I could see Forrest, Blaze or the bigger Raney ending up here some day, but it’s very unlikely we land the first two, and Raney is recovering from a serious knee injury that some athletes never come back the same from.
He was thick but had plenty of padding over those muscles. He’s 5 ft nothing. Frank Molinaro. Probably the best shot he has at getting in the line up, for a little while at least, depending on how our recruiting goes over the next few years.

It seems unlikely. As a HS sophomore and again as a junior he won the CA state title at 145. He’s built like a tank and seems tailor made for 149. He’s a big strength guy, I worry a cut to 141 would drain a lot of his power.
