New Jersey wide receiver Frank Darby has an offer from Iowa along with ones from Pitt, UMass, Old Dominion, Towson, and Liberty.
The 6-foot-1, 180-pound Darby had 19 catches for 532 yards and 7 touchdowns as a junior at Jersey City Lincoln High School.
