New Parking Garage?

What a mess the university has around Carver, I bet the home football crowd just loves it....NOT, and on top of that the university has eliminated 2/3's of the parking that was put in place after Iowa removed the old football practice dome. What is the university building, hope it's at least a parking garage because they sure could use additional parking for the football and basketball events....
I was hoping to go to a few Iowa men's basketball games this winter but not now, oh well.

Yes, it’s a new parking ramp going up there. But get ready for several years of construction in that area.
First, they build the new ramp, connecting it by a walkway to the transport center and the hospital. Then they tear down ramp 1.
Then they tear down the water tower, after building a new bigger one NW of the fb practice field.
They’re building a new academic building between Slater and Melrose (South Quad is gone). When that’s done, they’ll tear down the Johnson Speech and Hearing Center on Hawkins.
Then they’ll build a new hospital tower where the ramp, water tower and Johnson building were. It will be similar to Stead. All in all about 5 years of construction around there
