There are a set of recommendations that will likely all be approved at a meeting next month on June 8th.
30 second shot clock.
Increase in size of the restricted area under the hoop by about a foot.
Number of timeouts reduced from 5 to 4 and no more than 3 can carry over to the 2nd half. Stricter enforcement coming out of the TO's to get play going again, and this includes players fouling out and quicker subs.
On the 10 second backcourt count, when a coach calls a TO, no more resetting the count back to 10.
Stricter enforcement of the defensive rules...basically getting away from the holding and grabbing that goes on.
Some really good stuff that will help college basketball, IMHO.
