New Site Issue - Threads Opening in the Middle...

I'm using Chrome on a PC. Every time I open a new thread, it takes me to some random spot in the middle of the thread - not the top or Original Post. Doesn't happen if I use Firefox.

Is this a known issue? Or am I the only one...
