I can't wait until she looks at Planned Parenthood and BLM. Look out.
Every state AG is free to do so. Why do you think they haven't brought a suit against PP or BLM?

People who confuse a crooked non-profit with a constitutional right shouldn't be allowed to vote.I like the suit but timing isn’t helpful, IMO. It’ll be spun as loony libs going after your Second Amendment rights and give some voters pause about supporting Biden.
This will drive donations bigly. From the folks who shouldn't be allowed to vote.Honestly, I don't think this is an option. The NRA is near banktuptcy. If supporters were looking to give, I suspect they would done so by now.
And don't have money for dental care. This will drive donations bigly. From the folks who shouldn't be allowed to vote.
I've always wondered why the state gave him money to build a new place in Grinnell instead of improving his old one in Montezuma(I think it was).Looks like Brownwell was the pres from 2017-2018. He can guard his house like a fortress, but not the NRA coffers.

That's the thing. The NRA stopped their donation machinery in May. The more I read up on this the less I think they will make any hay from this. If anything I think they will lose membership because of this. This will drive donations bigly. From the folks who shouldn't be allowed to vote.
DEEP STATE Man! Pay attention!

He cannot guard his house, if he likewise stole assets, and used them to buy it.
NY will inherit a house.
Good lord this is dumb
The NRA will be fine.
It looks like this is deep-rooted and widespread. They can reconstitute under another name with different leadership. The NRA will be fine. The officers that defrauded people not so much. They are probably going to jail.
But they do.People who confuse a crooked non-profit with a constitutional right shouldn't be allowed to vote.

Dumb.
If this thing wins, within one minute the National Firearms Association would form a charter and have millions of members. All former NRA members.
A tradition unlike any other.I agree though that we will see the NRA ads about Dems coming for our guns - it's a tradition as hallowed as apple pie.
Correct me if I am wrong here, what I am gathering from the repub side is that this is dumb because when you find these guys were guilty some other guys will come along and do the same thing. So just leave them alone.
That sounds an awful lot like being in favor of lawlessness.
This will work with the stupid base, but for people who have been paying attention to this story, it's been NRA members (And, former members), who have been fighting the hardest for the last 2-3 years to oust LaPierre and expose his corruption. As I was saying...
The NRA is a giant PAC, and long ago stopped being a sportsman and gun safety organization. The NRA in its current form should be disbanded. I don’t care if there is a gun lobby, but they had wildly aberrant financial practices and pretty troubling organizational issues.
If they want to transfer a membership list over to a new organization or reorganize under wholly new leadership, that would be fine.
