Good time visiting with the players today. Everyone seems really relaxed. I asked a lot of them what it's been like on campus this week and interestingly a lot of them don't have Monday classes so this afternoon will be their first time at class.

Petras seems super relaxed and confident. Said they have to make sure the younger players are in that mode as well because of the magnitude of the game.

Fun talking to a couple of the native Iowa's about this game. Linderbaum said he was like 8 years old when he was at home with his family watching Daniel Murray make the field goal. He said he always remembers the field goal block by Clayborn too. Linderbaum is very excited for this game. Said this is what you come here for. A lot of guys echoed that thought.

Asked a few guys if they see anything different with the Penn State offense since they have a new OC this year. Not a lot of changes from what they can see. On the defensive side, lot of quarters coverage in the secondary and they think there will be plays to be made there.

Only one PA kid to talk to that's Terry Roberts. He talked about Jovon Johnson being a big influence in his life and what a big deal Bob Sanders is in Erie. Said he doesn't really know many guys on the Penn State team.

Will have more coming up and also a special treat today, Marshal Yanda meeting with us to talk about the ANF award he is receiving this weekend at the game. That's at 1:30 and then Kirk coming up at 1:45.
