They have this need to categorize and give silly names...like "Black Spider" Letters. How bleepin stupid is that? Then the weekly articles on what Millenials think and do. My lord its bad. Its hard to read and I wonder if anything is accurate at all. You have people covering things they have no context and understanding of for the most part. They would be better hiring people who have expertise in areas and asking them to write instead of a writer with no expertise in anything else.
