PSU is going to win this round at 133, 141, 174 and 184 for sure and other than Sebass possibly beating Lee or Bolen showing up they all likely make finals too with the draws they got. They have had pretty much dream draws at most weights as usual and due to that Beard could easily make the semis and Berge not out of the question vs untested Dellaveccia. Kerk is losing, need to get rid of Howard.

We need the 4 #1 seeds to make the semis. Needs to get done period. ADS, Warner and Cass making the semis would make our lives easier and they all have winnable matches. Worst case 2 out of those 3 need to win. Max is an underdog on paper and he should have #20 Heil if the refs don't cheat, that said I think he is capable of winning if he wrestles smart and keeps his legs clean. Lewallen is good on top so don't want to spend much time under him. The Young loss was aggravating because that is how PSU diagrams those kinds of matches. Get a TD and defend, that said it is only a 2 point swing right now. Young needs to get it done backside to keep it even. Brands and Young need to win on the back this round, no excuses.

I feel confident about 125, 141 and 174. I think we win 133 and 165, but not confident at all. I don’t feel good about 149, 197 and heavy. That Schultz guy makes me nervous, although I think Cass has the edge. I think we win the 2 in consi’s. For PSU I only see Kerk and Berge losing. Possibly Howard.

Need to at least match their wins in the quarters. It’s where Iowa can start to put some distance between them, one or two more wins would be nice.
