Great read! Both of Jim Zalesky's boys now play basketball even though they were both great junior wrestlers. I respect Lincoln and Jim for letting their kids find their own way.

Great read and interesting. I went to high school from 78-82, my high school did not have wrestling so I played basketball. I am glad kids get to choose their own way. My dad shelved my wrestling career in the 6th grade. He said that basketball was my choice because wrestling was not available. Eventually a few years later kids from my high school could wrestle at New Hampton if they so desired.
