I wasn't there, sounded loud as hell on TV. Talked to my brother who did go to the game and he said Kinnick was loud and that the atmosphere was awesome. He said it was better than last year and that the only other time but can remember anything close was Iowa/Mich in '85.
Hmmm... it was louder than I have heard it in awhile and we had quite a few empty seats.
Personally, the OSU game with game day was really loud but it only lasted for a quarter.

2003 vs Michigan is the record. 1985 Michigan obviously is up there and they didnt even hold 70k back then. 2010 vs f***Wisconsin ranked in the top 3, but I think last week's game probably passed it in terms of atmosphere and crowd noise.
Nice to see the Kinnick crowd at its finest and just like with our football team being capable of even more, we didn't even sell out that game.....
