They do NIT projections? How low on the website totem pole do you need to be to be given that role?

Yes they do NIT projections but we should be a 1 seed in all projections. If we are a team or two ahead of us in the tourney, I'm guessing they are assuming we lose to Indiana.

That first one didn't take into account the Penn State win. And nycbuckets now has Iowa as a 2 seed.

remember when the good old days when 10-8 in conference was an automatic tourney invite. But those were the days when the B10 was the best conference in basketball this year we have just a bunch of 20-40 teams, no top teams.

Only bad team in the conference this year in Rutgers though most leagues have 3-4.

Yes they did! Came back from a 17 point deficit to win!!! Play our most hated rival Iona at 9pm on ESPN2 Monday night for the championship. Hoping for some Hawkeyes to root them on for their first tourney invite since Fran's last with the team in 2010!

I'll be watching and cheering for the Saints mainly because I've had some interest since Fran was hired at Iowa but also because they are playing Iona .... because somewhere a long time ago I was fooled into believing Iowa had won a game when they flashed the winners on the TV screen but it turned out to be Iona, not Iowa (who had lost) and I will never forgive them for that
