Stiiizy's is, apparently, a cannabis product that's legal in CA but smuggled into NY. The sheriff has the right, under NY law to "inspect" tobacco/vape shops without a warrant and they're using that authority - shakily - to raid shops suspected of illegally selling weed. They're even using it to raid stores that don't sell tobacco products.
