Even worse the conference tournament was won just last weekend, the brackets were released, with 3 guys seeded #1, 1 guy 2nd, 1 3rd iirc and all guys having a very realistic shot at being all Americans.
Pat Lugo 149 lbs is the only senior and he seeded #1.
It seems like nobody will get another year eligibility bball or wrestling because it would be a mess having 5 grades of athletes. Tom and Terry worked very hard last ten years. Spencer Lee basically was a lock too be Iowa's first 4xNat champ and only 5th ever if not mistaken.
