Nolf down with knee injury

Limped off the mat with help. Certainly not good for the sport. Nolf is a dynamic competitor.
Definitely see something pop on the replay... Not good.
Can hardly put pressure on it. I hate to see that with any wrestler, especially a great one in Nolf.

Came here to post the same thing. He seemed to know right away that something was injured more than a knee strain. Watching the replay, it looked like Nolf forced his knee to a worse position when he got injured.
Hopefully he's okay... Otherwise I hear PD3 may cut weight to 57 and transfer to Penn State...
I rewatched and you’re correct. The outer knee popped when it touched the mat.
The slowmo showed a pop. Had to be carried out once he got back to the door. He's so good it kinda' makes you sick!
Damn that was hard to watch. Hope it’s not serious, nobody wants to see that.

I heart Nolf. I pray it's not too serious and can make a quick recovery.
Not what you want to see happen to anyone, but it makes Vodka's constant push that Iowa could win it all, a bit more possible.
The look on Nolf's face says it all. He was in shock...very hard to watch.
Hope he recovers completely and we see him and Kemdawg go at it in a couple of weeks.
Just read on PSU forum that b/w Nolf and Suriano - Rutgers took 45 national tournament points from PSU.
Nolf was bending it himself.
Nolf was also working his own body against the knee. Not smart on his part either.
That might be - however, I thought the Rutgers guy locked up Nolfs foot and lower leg and that it was Nolf's motion that caused the injury. The ref probably should have blown it dead as stallmate or PD. Nothing good was coming out of that.
As much as I dislike PSU, I hope he’s okay.
Shit. I was on the phone and my Dad was talking about watching some guy from PSU that has light hair, faster than hell and doing stuff to the Minnesota guy before he knew what hit him: I was like “Oh, you mean Nolf.” Right at that moment, a buddy texts me and asks, “Did you see Nolf’s Knee pop?”
Man oh man. If only PD3 could get eligible, Bowman down to 74 and pull Murin’s Redshirt at 41!
ON a totally side note - Shane is so much more fun to listen to the Jim - No sh$t Gibbons.
He is one of the best & regardless of who you root for you don't whish that on any one. Hope all turns out for him.
