Credit where credit is due. UNI plays as hard and is as well coached as any team in the country. Period. I really enjoy watching them play every year. Win or lose, the Panthers always play tough, smart basketball and represent Iowa well.
Like instead of taking a month to collapse, take 55 seconds to lose a 13 point lead and look really poorly coached doing it

Not defending Iowa. Plenty of coaching decision Fran does I don't think are good ideas.a but that UNI collapse was atrocious. That's poor coaching and should NEVER happen. Any other school would be ripped but UNI, the narrative is how classy and tough they were instead of an all time collapse.
Who got more bad pub? Iowa's exhibition loss or UNI's implosion in the NCAA's?
Nothing says well disciplined and smart like not being able to even get an in bounds pass in, totally melting down and blowing a double digit lead in 40 seconds.
Also, Wyatt Lohaus is bad. I know a lot of people wanted Fran to recruit him but we are certainly not missing out on anything there. Jeremy Morgan on the other hand...
Well, I don't know what to tell you except you're wrong. An 86.1 ORtg, 28% 3 point shooter, 11.2 assist rate and 19.1 TO rate last year at the MVC level show what kind of player he is.
He's the second coming of Jason Kidd on this board and the media and Jeremy Morgan is the second coming of Scottie Pippen on this board also

I think a lot of UNI players develop right now in their jr year. Maybe I am wrong but I want to wait and see after this year.
Oh and I'm biased because he played for West. I just want to see what happens this year with more time on the floor. We will see.
