Not since 2003, or not since 2004: What, Iowa❓️

Last year, Michigan hadn't won an outright Big Ten championship, since 2003.

Jim Harbaugh accomplished it in 2021, with only one slip up against Michigan State.

Iowa hasn't won a share of the Big Ten, since 2004. Michigan beat Iowa that season, the Hawkeyes beat the Buckeyes soundly in Kinnick. Tied for first place. Divison play works differently.

If Iowa is going to win a regular season B1G West division again, can they do it again, without beating everyone in the West?

Last year, the Hawkeyes got to Indy, despite B1G losses in the West to Purdue and at Wisconsin. Can the Hawkeyes take anything for granted in the West again?

What wins the Big Ten West in 2022❓️

Iowa hasn't taken care of business at Kinnick in every game, since 2015. Last year, the Hawkeyes got tripped up in Kinnick.

The Hawkeyes last Homecoming win was in 2019, ironically, against Purdue. In 2014, it was the last time Iowa beat Northwestern in Kinnick. Ironically, Indiana was our Homecoming opponent that season.

Northwestern is our Homecoming opponent this fall. We lost in 2016 on HC to the Wildcats. Maryland was our 2018 HC opponent. The Wildcats have won in Kinnick three straight seasons.

Iowa has a lot of streaks to either break or hold onto in 2022. It will be a challenging schedule in 2022 for a Hawkeye Football team that should be better in the front 7.

The 2015 team wasn't picked to win the West. No one ranked Iowa in the top 25, Phil Steele had the Hawkeyes picked in a three-way tie for fourth with Northwestern and Minnesota.

This year, Wisconsin is the perennial pick, with Iowa and Minnesota the other two long-shots. This is the third straight season the Badgers have been picked to win the West. This could be the third straight season Paul Chryst fell short.

He has four of the first eight West division titles, and hasn't lost until last year, two straight.

Is Wisconsin okay at QB? Is Iowa going to get healthy enough to make a run for Indy?

More questions than answers right now. PJ Fleck could be ready to break put, but can they win at Michigan State and at Penn State?

Can Rutgers win at Minnesota?

Bowling Green and Illinois did last year. but Wisconsin couldn't.

Talk about an interesting 2022 getting ready to unfold.
