Chuck is a toothless old dog snoozing in the sun. He will cave. Trump rolled over him on the IG firings. He won't do s**t on this nomination or any other nomination.
I believe the Committee should be given access to Mr. Patels Grand Jury testimony in the documents case in which he invoked the 5th and was granted immunity during testimony. Seems knowing if the future leader of the FBI possibly admitted to committing crimes under oath would be part of the vetting process.
