Hearings about Hunter would be profitable for Fox, and allow the knuckle draggers to get their fix, the suburban women who might give the House to Republicans in 2022 will be repulsed.
You took a leap of logic when you didn't need to. Using Joe's position for influence and gain doesn't mean Joe is some mastermind. It's pretty clear from Hunter's partner, etc., that Joe was or is getting money from the Chinese.
All that said, who cares? Pursuing Hunter is a exercise in futility.
Where is the evidence of Joe receiving money from China? I have seen it reported but never proven.

The party has purged experienced and knowledgeable members for more than a decade and backfilled with simpleminded, single-issue members, and I have serious doubt the party has talent levels to design, author, and pass complex legislation, like the ACA, or the Civil Rights Act.

As far as Russian money, again, google is your friend. Junior showed up at a fair amount of meetings with a 30k foot perspective of things.. He was publicly and privately admitting he gets great terms for capital from Deutsche Bank and Russia. His own quotes from the pre-campaign days are available online for you.
Donald trump didn’t come out of nowhere to a lot of us. Even the apprentice wasn’t his coming out party. He’s been a figure in our community since way before national cable news channels. We weren’t impressed then either. Somehow he’s convinced all of you he isn’t a con man because you won’t use google.

I've said all along Trump operates like a mob boss, this isn't new to anyone. My questions have more to do with the linage of the money.
It’s pretty obvious? No. It’s not, not by any stretch of the imagination. And remember that the laptop that supposedly has this “evidence” is incredibly compromised from not just a chain of custody perspective but the fact that forensics has irrefutably shown it has been accessed by multiple users and been subject to multiple uploads and downloads of data and other information over the years it was supposedly sitting in a blind man’s computer shop and also after the reveal by Guiliani and associates. That’s what is obvious about that whole fairy tale.
If the Bidens are dirty then prosecute them, but nothing on that laptop comes even close to admissible evidence, not to mention a complete inability to illustrate criminality on the part of Joe Biden.

it's likely not incriminating unless corroborated. The Republicans are giddy but are simply in retribution mode. Like Benghazi they will have a moment, gloat, fail and rake in campaign dollars (providing they retake the House in 2022).

Oh, Jeesh, are you really going down that road at this point? Do you really feel the need to get all legal and technical over something that I already said will never happen anyway. You can try to say everything on the laptop has been fabricated, but we all know it's not.
As I previously posted, the GOP is wasting their time. This is a fool's errand. There's no need to rationalize it as if nothing happened though.
The right's enthusiasm for the laptop seems to be typically over the top. I don't obsess over this episode and haven't followed the details. So, I haven't invested any time or interest.
Let's see if there's fire where there's supposed to be smoke. Facts matter. Speculation means nothing.
"Hunter flying on Air Force Two" must a regular topic on right wing radio as several of my Trumpy friends have made very similar, almost word for word, comments as this congressman.
