The concept is Free Speech dipshit. And that ain't hard to understand at all, for most.

It isn’t hard to understand. Congress cannot pass laws that prohibit free speech. That’s it. That’s freedom of speech as a right granted by the Constitution.

With respect to a corporation limiting speech, they are well within their right if they believe said speech is harmful to their business or reputation. You are free to say what you want. They are free to punish you if your speech is harmful to them. Your rights versus theirs. Jack Del Rio can say Dan Snyder is a pedophile rapist and Trump should be king of America and he won’t get punished by the government or thrown in jail. That’s free speech. But, the organization can fine him, fire him, really do anything he agreed to in his employment contract. That’s their right. He’s free to seek employment with an organization that is happy to have a guy with inflammatory opinions representing them.

You don’t seem to understand what the Constitution says and what your rights of free speech entail. So, this conversation is futile.
