Went to the practice it was an enjoyable way to spend a beautiful Saturday morning. I will agree that by the end of practice it was quite warm in the room. The mats were very slick with sweat and I would say 50% or more of the wrestlers were shirtless. It seemed to me like Pat Lugo ADS and the Bull were really pushing the pace. Abe Assad and the bull put on a hell of a show right in front of the bleachers was really great to see. Spencer Lee looked really healthy but was not wrestling. Mr and Mrs Lee were there as well. Did not see Cass at all. Overall got me excited for the season.

To add context to Todd’s post, comparing Spencer from say two years ago to now, present day Spencer, there is a big difference in his muscle bulk. His shoulders are noticeably bigger and his forearms are more well defined. He’s a 125 lb tank and I can not wait to see him this year.

Sounds like a 33 to me.
