Iowa celebrated the win a bit afterwards, but once the Gonzaga game was done, they started the scout on the Bulldogs. Coach Francis has the scout and has been working on them since the draw was announced. They got some initial scout introduced last night and then more this morning with film at breakfast.
Both teams talked about how they are similiar with the size of big men, point guards, tempo, and such. Zags are a bit more outside while Iowa is more inside, but they both like to push pace and tempo.
Zags big men were impressed with Iowa's bigs and their size. Most of the Gonzaga players compared Iowa to Arizona in terms of size and skill.
