November 12th: Michigan at Iowa (football)...

"Girls"? You mean like under-aged women? Girls or women are not tools to use for your convenience. If your response is, "Really? Do I have to put up with this here?" that"s exactly how I feel about the comment.
What a jerk he is, he should of used the word "Bimbo" instead.
th
a few of these would do the job or these

If you want a Wrestling / Football combo to see who travels well I say Iowa vs. Va Tech. Would have to be at a neutral site though; can we see if the Orange Bowl is available?? Think of the possible names we could call it!

If you wake up every day looking for things to be "offended" by, you'll have little trouble (I would guess 5 seconds is plenty of time). Guess it was HR today.

Best thing would be to play the clowns once every 4 years. Piggyback the GOTG with their superbowl.

Sorry, guys. I should have been more clear….

They should consider hiring prostitutes to keep the fire marshal and his staff busy that day. And I really don't care if the "contractors," are male or female. That would be up to the FM and his crew. Of course, the "contractors" in question will all be of legal age, of sound of mind and body and operating of their own volition.

I won't apologize for speaking up when I hear women being disrespected, however, thank you for the clarification. It's resolved my issues.

Glad that's cleared up. I was hoping my use of the term "girls," inside quotation marks would suffice for clarification or ambiguity but was wrong.

Let's just be thankful Tognotti finally posted some pics of hot women. He usually posts "chubbers".....

Don't try to hide it Joe, I know you get turn on by my pics. I looked up Fortunata

, I wouldn't go to battle against that "lady". Glad she isn't mad at me.

Tognetti, what did Fortunata do to insult her like that? That crap is not funny, it's cyber-bullying. Do the rest of you think that's OK? Don't give me that "boys will be boys" BS.

So let me get this straight… The HR poster by the name of Fortunada is the same person in the pic with the big "F" on her caped singlet?

Gawd, I MUST be in need of sensitivity training. I'm becoming one of those smelly old men who know not who they offend, nor why….

She did nothing to me, this is a message board where some times we have a little fun at someone else expense. I have been on the receiving end quite a few times and roll with it. I can laugh at myself as well as laughing at somebody else. The points is, if somebody takes great offense from someone using the word "girls" maybe they shouldn't be reading a wrestling board. My wife read it after I posted it and tried not to laugh, sorry she couldn't hold it in. I don't think I would visit this board if all you talked about was wrestling and never have a little fun. I'm old school and if you can't take it then maybe you shouldn't be around it. There are things I need to improve on, but having someone tell me I hurt someone feeling over something as little as this is not one of them.

I've with you on this bro or genderless one. I am HR's Cultural-Facilitator and putting together a gender/race/religion/country etc PowerPoint for the initial HR Diversity/Sensitivity seminar. I'll add Cyberbullying to the vast array of offenses that I have seen on here. I'll also add misogyny on your behalf for assuming the "little lady" cannot speak for or defend herself. Damn the patriarch in this country!

I appreciate support from others, so I don't feel so alone in this wrestling locker room, but don't feel need to defend myself against trolls. I even missed the picture of the woman in red, because I blocked Tognetti. It does make me sad to think of mothers, wives, daughters, living lives without respect. Even red Fortunata is a human being.

You have hissy fits about womens rights on here about twice a year. I can't imagine how stressful the real world must be for you. El dub made a harmless joke. It's no different than the penn state fans loving gay clowns. At least they embrace it.

Thank goodness someone noticed. I was afraid I was just pissing into the wind.

What he said was in no way offensive. Fact - Males are sexually attracted to females. Fact - Some women choose to work in the sex profession and even enjoy it. They aren't all coerced or being taken advantage of. Really not helping any causes by taking issue with such a mild comment on a message board.

OMG, Vodka, thank you so much for explaining the facts of life to me. I'm only 70. I can still learn. Maybe this information will help me get off my meds. It's so reassuring to have a man tell me something I felt to be offensive is not.

I would hope after 70 years of life you would have learned not to be so easily offended and especially on the internet.

Here watch this white male comedian give his thoughts on being people being offended:

And a quote from Stephen Fry:

Well all...Sad to say that my reign as HR's Cultural Facilitator is now over as I must resign. On BWI, I told an individual that they were arguing like a woman. I too, can fall into the misogynistic traps that plague our male dominated society. I will still try and be the best male ally I can be in the fight against sexism but feel I haven't lived up to the challenge. I nominate El Dub as my replacement because he clearly believes in equal treatment for all. Would have nominated Fortunata but she's a chick and this is a wrestling forum ;)

I'll accept el dub. He's demonstrated that he knows how to both hear and listen. I'll help by pointing out things which trigger me.

you only gave fuel to those who are really looking for an excuse to jump on something.the original post that you were offended by was tame compared to what followed.

That was Fortunata, and I'm glad she did. It never hurts to be reminded that a lot of women love wrestling, and they read our comments. It just seemed like F was getting wailed on, and it's hard to defend yourself against that. So I spoke up. Really, people shouldn't have to worry about being "politically correct." When you treat others respectfully, it takes care of itself.

Yea D-Bags...you guys can learn a lot from ^^^

Seriously, which one of us who comment a lot hasn't taken sh*t from the herd or activated the collective butthurt at least once ? Fortunata, I prescribe more wrestling talk from you. Let us know that you are more than an unabashed feminist/social-justice warrior, because that's all we know right now. Predict the smack dies down.

All I have to say is, she shouldn't get dress up in a singlet with a big F on it and post it on facebook for all Trolls to see!

You know what else people need to be reminded of? That people that are "offended" by well................ anything, should stay the hell off of message boards, and go preach their politically correct B.S. somewhere where someone might actually give a damn.

If the American Soldiers that are buried all over the planet who died fighting for your freedoms, were like you sensitive pansies, we'd all be speaking German. Deal with it the best you can or move to Canada like your friends previously did.

If you're concerned about the content, don't read it. Or better yet just stay away.
