November 12th: Michigan at Iowa (football)...

I have really tried to move an actual picture of the actual me in my Bernie shirt and my Cuban beret from iPhone to here, but I'm 70 and computer naive.
Here is a picture of me and my wife, I know she is lucky to have me, but don't be calling her names. I get that every time we go out in public, that's why she got a boob job.

That simply isn't true MOST were bought way in advance.

They sold 10,000+ tickets the week of the meet. Maybe "most" was the wrong word to use, but a huge influx of people bought tickets once it was clear the weather was going to be great. There were many late sales.

< 25% is not most.

Agreed, which is why I said "most" was the wrong word to use. However, it doesn't change my original point, that a huge number of people waited until the last week to buy tickets, b/c of the weather.

We knew 20,000 tickets would be sold no matter what for that event. These are the die hard fans who have attended the previous record breaking events. The 10k sales on the week of the event were people who are attending b/c of the situation - record breaking attendance, wrestling in Kinnick, football game that evening, fantastic weather, dual against Okie state, etc. etc.
