We do all of them year-round.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE WAY TO COOK?

With Spring coming in I love this question. For Me I like to Bake. Even during the Hot months I enjoy Baking (no need for marijuana jokes). I know grilling is popular and I like it to. For me Roasting is my second. I understand that different foods and recipes require specific ways of cooking to work out. (Baked goods, etc.). This question is favorite way to Cook. P.S- Magnifying glass, Lasers, the Electromagnetic Spectrum not included.:) Lighters are Cool tho.

1. When I have time like on a weekend, using the green egg to grill and/or smoke, for pork, chicken, and some beef.
2. When I want a clean product, sous vide and then finish on a blazing hot grill or griddle
3. When I'm lazy, baking.
4. For shrimp and sometimes chicken, stir fry.
5. Once in a blue moon, we'll fry food.

My favorite way is whatever way my wife wants to, my second choice is paying for it. These preferences apply to cooking and other things.

I never really had a favorite way. I just cook in a method appropriate for that particular type of food.

I suppose if I had to pick one it would be baking simply because I can stick it in the oven, put on a timer and go do other stuff while it cooks. All of the other methods require that you be present a lot more.

I presume he is a professional chef and is busy. I get along with Moral. I'm sure he will show us something.
Great point, he’s probably getting his team of culinary professionals ready for the dinner rush. I believe it’s Waved Wing Wednesday.

Their are a few people in the discussion with Kitchen time. Myself included. Not an easy job to do. My biggest deal was if people enjoyed my Cooking. I cooked my dishes from scratch. I went into the cooler grabbed the good stuff and batched it up. Pan frying and Boiling water were my go to. Steaming was my back up. I would Bake along the way. When things slowed down I really enjoyed setting up for the next day. When the Kitchen opened I had to be fast and smart. Always thinking ahead. Knife skills are a must. I used a Butcher knife and a razor sharp Paring knife for most of my prep. You fck up with one of those at the speed your cutting Good bye Finger. I loved that profession and was good at it. It didn't pay for shit tho and you always went away smelling like the Kitchen.
