O/U # of times we run the ball today

We are averaging 73.4 offensive plays per game. We have been close to 50/50 run/pass. Considering the weather today what will those numbers look like? I say we run the ball 50+ times. Maybe closer to 60+. 4 healthy RBs. 1 unhealthy QB. Let CJ hand off and watch his RBs go.

I think we run more, but it will be barely noticeable. The change I'm expecting is in the passing game. The weather (and CJs health) is going to give GD an excuse to go even more horizontal than were used to. Not expecting much aggression.

Well as long as Purdue isn't magically able to throw the ball better than us in the cold, and we don't have any breakdowns in run protection like against Indiana, then we should be fine.

Just depends on whether the defense made adjustments from last week or is still thinking "bau because surely the last two/three weeks were aberrations"..........
