I think the % difference between democrats and republicans fairly accurately reflects the overall percentage of registered voters; I think there are ~30% registered dems vs. ~25% registered GOP (I could be wrong, and wouldn't be surprised if I was). However, it certainly seemed like a disproportionate number of African-Americans in this survey. Not surprising for a poll that went with 5% more Democrats than Republicans out of 1,017 and then included another 252 African-Americans in the survey.

Rasmussen today showed 48% approval vs. 50% disapproval.
Rasmussen is extremely biased. He is pollster for hire for the Wing.
You know he would win.good thing he is running for a third term then
I have no doubt he would be installed- against our will- yet againYou know he would win.
Another 4 years of this freak show?By executive order, President Obama will declare a
a national emergency on July 4, 2016. He will state
that the 2 term limit on the Presidency violates his
civil rights. Therefore he will be listed on the November
2016 ballot as the preferred candidate of the American
people. The Supreme Court will agree with his decision.
Hillary Clinton will withdraw from the race as will Jeb
Bush. Marco Rubio will be the Vice Presidential
candidate running with Obama. Both will be unopposed.
From Real Politics (Red's favorite), the positive polling comes from CNN only...all the rest are showing the disapproval ratings going up.....a trend that's been happening in 2015.

Pretty much any candidate without a "R" behind their name could win a national election today. The House will be in the hands of the GOP for quite a while, I think, because they are able to appeal to a much smaller group of voters. Meanwhile... I'd say there's a relatively good chance the Dems retake the Senate in 2014 in part because the seats up for grabs favor the Dems this cycle. If the GOP muddles the primaries like I think they will, the majority could be substantial. You know he would win.
You are correct the difference in registered voters favors the Democrats but the spread is all over the board from a low of 2% to a high of 10%. Doing a poll with 24% African-American participation rate is not going to accurately reflect the approval rating for Obama.I think the % difference between democrats and republicans fairly accurately reflects the overall percentage of registered voters; I think there are ~30% registered dems vs. ~25% registered GOP (I could be wrong, and wouldn't be surprised if I was). You do know the RCP average is made up of more than Rasmussen and Gallup right? It actually includes 8 polls including the CNN one.Rasmussen and Gallup are tools of the Wing. They are pollsters for hire.
