Cherry picking stats, which is why a lot of us don't trust anything the government, or these media outlets, say.
I haven't believed either for years. And to that end, it's so fun watching the talking heads trying to figure out what's going on politically. I don't believe many media members or candidates have yet truly assessed how furious many Americans have become. (I do think Cruz gets it, as does Trump. Hill just thinks we're "mad".)
Hey, Trump is dangerous for sure. BUT, if his intentions are pure, (And I don't believe any other candidate's intentions are pure), he will call out dissenting members of Congress just as he has his Presidential opponents.

Kind of a disconnect - the politicians that brag about how tough America is are the same people who are afraid to bring captured combatants, not even necessarily terrorists, to maximum security cells in the US. when Obama came into office he was a truther and said muslims did not do 9-11 and he needed to close gitmo, stop torture of muslims, and get to the bottom of 9-11. he quickly realized the new world order, which installed him, do not particularly like such rhetoric

I'm not sure how cheating is part of the equation. Obviously all sides were dropping bombs at extraordinary rates in WWII.
We don't take prisoners with the current policy/strategy. It's pretty clear that's by design. If that is the correct policy - others can decide. We've lost the ability to gain any intelligence from those we are taking out with drones. But we don't have to worry about detention, trials, etc.
I must have misinterpreted you. I thought you were implying that rules of battle implied you could not attack without warning. Which I thought was pretty odd.

No clarity needed. I traveled internationally quite a bit for business about 20 years ago. I heard a lot of things about our government.
I'm sure Hillary and John Kerry are not the only total losers we've had tromping around the world as Secretaries of State. (You don't need to respond. I just have to vent for medical reasons.)
