I puked in my mouth when that happened. Fuçk, 35 years ago? How damn old have I gotten?! Hated those Celtic teams, but I was hardcore into the Sixers. Andrew Toney, Mo Cheeks, Bobby Jones, Doc, on down the line even you Steve Mix, that was my team. Jerry Sea-sting man get out of here you HR middle-manager twit. Ainge… so punchable.
Those were good days, though. Only a game or two a week in most markets, every one felt like a treasure to watch. Otherwise following your team, its division, via box scores and three-short-paragraph recaps, leaving so much to your imagination in between the games you actually got to see.
