Well South Dakota just offered so there goes any chance he plays for Iowa.
What has a better chance of getting a yes.

South Dakota offering a football scholarship to Proctor, or me offering a proposal of marriage to the Pope?

(keep in mind, I workout)

Saw on the other site Kaden Feagin has a top three right now of Notre Dame, Ilinois and Iowa. Notre Dame already has a RB commit on board but don't know how much of a factor that will be. He has been to all three schools several times.

Looks like a classic Wisky RB like their current back and has some Nick Bell size, sign him up!

Once the Cyclones are eliminated, the remaining breathe a sigh relief. Of course, the question is, did he eliminate them, or did they eliminate him🤔
No chance ISU eliminated him unless they decided the #1 rated offensive line recruit in the nation that just happens to have grown up 45 minutes from Ames just didn't measure up to their high standards.

It goes without saying. Unless you are first ballot HOFer, that Cyclone offer can be elusive.

It’s going to take some work, but he very well could earn the scholarship offer back during his senior season.

Are we sure Proctor’s top 7 is right? How can he possibly eliminate isu? I mean no one else can teach him how to false start or draw a holding penalty quite like isu can.

How can he ever get to the NFL without the critical skills isu is so masterful at teaching?

Mind boggling indeed.
