Live in your fantasy land, they are actual votes. Trump lost, a recount will not change the inevitable. We will know within 2 weeks.

The deadline for the completion is due within 13 days of the order.
In response to the Trump Campaign, the Biden Campaign issued a statement saying, "We are going to win Wisconsin, recount or no recount."
The recount process hasn't been requested yet, but if the race stays in the 1% margin, it's safe to say someone will be requesting the recount.

A simple click on the tweet would show that Maricopa County commissioner has said that is false. Thus, why would you promote a false narrative that was easily verified or discounted?
My understanding is that with Biden picking up one of Nebraska's votes the count would be 270 to 269. Am I incorrect on this?
270-268 but that was assuming Biden had all of Maine which I thought. Now 269-269 is possible.

He doesn’t need it. Wisconsin and Michigan look like certain Biden wins. If the call of Arizona for Biden is correct, he just needs 6 more electoral votes to hit 270. Hanging on to Nevada would wrap it up.
No the house would vote in blocks by state where Republicans would have the advantage. So probably Trump wins if it comes out in a tie.
With Trump winning Maine's 2nd it looks like the count would actually come out in a tie.
You are stating essentially something is wrong with the voting. Go ahead request a recount on Trumps dime. The last two times recounts have been done there were less than a 400 vote change.
Biden is currently at 227 electoral votes according to ABC News, with 3 of the 4 Maine EV. Add Michigan +16 (243), Wisconsin + 10 (253), Arizona +11 (264), and Nevada +6 (270).
The only way we can get to a 269-269 tie is if Georgia goes for Biden, and Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania go for Trump.

Not likely to happen when the entire outcome hinges on each and every electors voting the way they are suppose to. Faithless electors have never changed an election result.
FOX called it last night. First I saw to call it and reports were that votes left to count were in Biden leaning areas. I'll check in a few but I bet they just counted enough officially for AP to feel comfortable joining FOX.
