**********Official Bob Seger Thread**********

Huge fan. He's what a lot of people claim Bruce Springsteen is.

Springsteen isn't in his league. And the Silver Bullet Band Live album really is one of the best of all time. That sax player is just nuts.

Saw Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band on New Years Eve 1978 in St. Louis at the old Checkerdome. Molly Hatchet opened. In spite of Molly Hatchet being there, it was one of the most memorable concert experiences in a life filled with many exceptional moments. His sax player was named Alto Reed and he rivaled Clarence "Big Man" Clemons. This song was the highlight of the night.

I first saw Bob Seger and the Last Heard in October, 1966 at the Ubly (MI) high school homecoming.

I've seen him since then in other locations in the thumb of MI and in SEMI.

Good times and good memories.
