I wouldn't put Michigan State in the Championship game just yet, they shoot free throws as if they were throwing up hand grenades, either Ohio St, or Maryland can certainly take them out of the BTT.....everything else that you predicted is very doable, although I like Indiana over Northwestern.

Wednesday: Penn St. & Minnesota

Thursday: Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Minnesota

Friday: Wisconsin, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota

Saturday Wisconsin and Maryland

Sunday Wisconsin.

Bucky is the best team in the league. Think Minnesota is poised to make a little run. Not stunned to see NW beat Indiana in the 7/10 game. Think the officials will lift Indiana in that game...they really need the win and the B1G usually delivers the crew most likely to produce that result.

3/11 (1st round) winners: Nebraska & Minnesota

3/12 (2nd round) winners: Illinois + Iowa + Indiana + Ohio St

3/13 (Quarterfinals) winners: Wisconsin + Iowa + Maryland + Michigan St

3/14 (Semifinals) winners: Wisconsin + Maryland

3/15 (Final) winner: Wisconsin

This is my prediction as well. I do think Michigan State has a good chance to make the final, though. Should be interesting.

Wednesday Winners: PSU, Minny

Thursday Winners: Illini, Iowa, NW, Minny

Friday Winners: Wisky, Iowa, Maryland, and MSU

Saturday Winners: Wisky, Maryland

Sunday Winners: Maryland
I think that Maryland is playing good ball and they can match Wisky for height and also their guard play. I think Maryland gets it done in Chicago. Also think the hawks play good vs Wisky, but stumble late. Wisky is having a special season, but I think they get upset by Maryland.

Wednesday: Penn St. & Minnesota

Thursday: Illinois, Iowa, Northwestern, Minnesota

Friday: Wisconsin, Iowa, Maryland, Mich St.

Saturday: Wisconsin and Mich. St.

Sunday: Wisconsin

Would be sweet Dawg!
It would be almost ironic, or perhaps better yet poetic justice, if we make the Finals against Michigan State....and even won.

However, I also have a feeling the two closest games on Thursday are going to be Indiana/Northwestern and Iowa/Penn State or Nebraska.

Wednesday: Penn State and Minnesota

Thursday: Illinois, Iowa, Indiana and OSU

Friday: Iowa, Wisconsin, Maryland and MSU

Saturday: IOWA and Maryland

Final: IOWA

I have faith!

The B1G didn't deliver for Iowa when they needed that win against MSU a couple years back. If anything, Iowa got screwed. Not attacking you...just venting.

Chili, you just made the understatement of the year.

The Big Ten does not lift Iowa, ever. Next to Nebraska basketball we, the poor land of Hawks, are the Big Ten's least favorite program. Small school, small state, small TV audience = less money. With two larger schools from two much larger media markets Iowa just slid down the pole even further.

That Michigan State game was an example of a very dishonestly officiated game. Not a poorly officiated game, a dishonestly officiated game. There was an obvious outcome that the official crew wanted, and nobody in the Big Ten office cared. Although Teddy Valentine later cut his own throat by talking about how much he liked the way Michigan State played a couple of weeks coming off that game. The Big Ten cut ties for a season with Valentine. Don't think he's done an Iowa game since.

With the success we've had the last few weeks, we are as hot as anyone in CBB. That's why I think we'll ride the mojo into Chi-town, and hey third time's the charm for beating Wisconsin right?

I just want the Hawks to win at least one game...don't want them to go 1 and done. Anything after that is icing on the cake.

Wednesday winners: PSU and Minnesota

Thursday winners: Illinois, Iowa, Ind, and OSU

Friday winners: Wisconsin, Iowa, Maryland, MSU
