Iowa is likely to have an emotional letdown from last week. Wisconsin will be sky high and looking to make a statement.
If the Hawks can withstand the early onslaught they have a chance. Fall behind and it’s game over. The more confidence the Badgers gain as the game wears on, the more difficult it will be for the Hawks. Gotta punch ‘em in the mouth and make them play from behind.
In my preseason predictions I picked Iowa to win, but I really have no idea what to expect today.

FWIW, I haven't seen Hooker do a drill. He's playing QB for the DBs. Wearing sweats. We'll keep an eye on it.

I don't think Hooker is playing. Looks like he's favoring his left leg. Anthony Nelson definitely has a pad on his right hand. I don't think we're looking at a club situation.

I don't see Jake Gervase, either. I guess that's why Mends is with the safeties.
Still, it's early. Maybe there's wrapping still going on. But I'd say Hooker is out. He's been out there, but hasn't run.

Hooker has a contusion/bruise from the Ohio State game.
