I think Mizzou is a good team. On a couple of my brackets I have them making it to the Sweet 16. But I also think they are capable of laying an egg. Incredibly athletic and attack the basket but aren't a very great shooting team. If they play their game in the paint they should do well. I don't have much an opinion on Drake. Haven't seen much of them.
