He reminds me of Tyler Cook a bit - theres times where it seems like he decides at the beginning of the posession hes going to make something happen no matter what. Sometimes its great, sometimes not so much. Both good players though.

Lots of slow starts and offensive struggles. Except the at offensive juggernaut Wisconsin apparently.

I was going to going to compare them too. Cook is obviously much bigger though. TCook had some great finesse for his size. So does Harper. Dude has shoulders for days.

Not over yet. Rutgers is a hell of a team, I think the TCook comparison is fair as most of the plays run through Harper. They get sloppy sometimes though.
