Yes and no. Iowa uses a nike ball and I believe the tournament ball is Wilson. Are all basketballs in every game of tournament the same? If so is it the ball the Hawkeye's play with?

well, that explains our recent results in the tourney.
Have they been bad?
final seconds, Florida up 3
Florida DOES NOT foul
VT ties it w/ a 3
OT
Rational but need to be confident in rebounding and FT abilities. It drives me mad when a team has a 3-pt lead at the end and fails to foul.
Only thing that matters now is if they hit 82. Some folks might care about that.On a sad note. looks like Illinois is going to hold on for the win.
Florida advances. So much for my perfect bracket.

As long as officials will let cockburn lower his shoulder, throw an elbow, or go over the back, it'll be an uphill climb for ill opponents. His footspeed being average at best, he's often outmaneuvered by smaller & more agile opponents, but he gets away with it by re-establishing position....doing things that should be called fouls. If they start calling those, ill could be in for an early exit.

Not a "bum", but not as good as people seem to think. Still waiting for an officiating crew to call an ill game the way the game of basketball is supposed to be called.Seems like he's just a bum in your eyes.
