Playing not to lose. Horrendous coaching down the stretch by Rutgers.
People complaining about the refs are ridiculous. Rutgers quit playing and Houston never gave up. Then played nothing but 1 on 1 ball. Baker was terrible down the stretch as was Johnson.
Poor Mrs Screw. That loss is Rutgers losing, Houston did not win it. Damn. Sad for you.
Rutgers with great play for 36 minutes or so. Unfortunately the last 3-4 minutes were sh!t.
Unreal. Feel bad for Rutgers. They couldn't finish anything at the end. Yuck. Really wanted this one for the big ten
If Johnson doesn't back rim that dunk Rutgers wins.

Not the refs fault. Rutgers played not to lose and had boneheaded turnovers. They choked.
AND I HATE to see Kelvin Sampson at it yet again. The guy has a slime trail behind him. 🤬
Holy smokes! Now Rutgers. The B1G has been a frickin' joke so far. I wonder if this affects the Hawks at all as they watch their brethren dropping like flies in every miserable way possible. Ouch!
They missed a really good look both times they ran the clock down.
First one Baker should have finished second Johnson should have put back.
The players lost this.

Thankfully the teams playing on Saturday/Monday have faired better.
Conferences are measured on how they perform in the post season

yeah, I don’t get it. Refs were fine in that game. Rutgers blew it. Plain and simple.
So far the 2nd day teams have fared better.... learning from the mistakes of day 1 teams
I was getting a bit of that same sickening feeling at the end for ru when they started to go to the classic Fran end of game offense.
