Defense rebounded and offense put something together. Need to limit 1st down yardage from Wisky and keep punishing Taylor with big hits when able.

Wanstadt just nailed it with his analysis of letting Nate throw while we still have this game even...once they get ahead, and Taylor will break one eventually, it will be a lot harder to throw.

Tied at the half. With the mistakes, and the way Wisky moved the ball early, I'll take it. I'm also encouraged to see us moving the ball.

This might be one of the worst coached games I've seen in the Ferentz era. The players are executing and doing what they are supposed to do for the most part. The play calling is pathetic so far. The clock management even more pathetic.
Yeah the replay crew needs to pull their heads out of their arses. Lots of questionable decisions in that 1st half.
Thinking Colbert needs to start the 2nd half, I think he would be better in coverage on the pa pass plays whisky is running.
Agree on clock management but I'm sitting in section 129 and most people are booing the hawks for not trying something. They just played a very good (minus 1 big fumble) first half against right now best team in the big west. Why not cheer your team into the locker room I stead of booing them!
