The twitter post in the link says, "Trump announces reparations for white people" but the video of Trump doesn't say anything about this. It shows Trump saying race based discrimination needs to stop. And restitution will be given to the victims of race based discrimination. This post implies black people are NOT being discriminated against because of their race. So is this post a misrepresentation of the truth or is it a straight out lie?

I did read that 1 in 6 US hitting managers were given instructions to not hire white males, 13 percent told to not prioritize white females. Regardless, DEI should die, but no one needs payback
I can confirm the Fortune 500 company I work for openly mandates that a minimum of 3 candidates interview with at least one being a minority candidate. Hiring managers have DEI staffing goals. Explain to me how that hiring policies with criteria based upon color and/or sex isn’t discrimination?
