Not sure he has the stats to go pro at this point. He has the tools and could sure benefit from a stellar season next year.
All of these are ridiculous threads. And one could see this coming a mile away (the ridiculous threads).
It's supposed to be ridiculous....that was the point. Notice it would mean we would finish this season undefeated and next as well (assuming he stays).
This is one of those MacBeth-type scenarios - that initial statement can be interpreted multiple ways; watch what you wish for.

If Iowa goes 15-0 this year, somebody on the team is getting a statue made of him....if King keeps it up this year I say it is him and he probably goes to NFL. CJB to NFL after this year is very very very unlikely, if he plays well next year he gets drafted, but not going to happen this year
But we all agree not to talk about the 2015 season after winning the NC on January 11th, 2016, right? We are only looking forward and will hold ourselves to the same standard we have set for all other fan bases.
I figure he wins us the National Championship this year, goes pro next year, wins the first 6 games but retires for a late run at President. Naturally a single term only because he solves all the world's problems, then he flies off to save us from the impending Vogon invasion.
