The OSU Vision Plan includes: A wrestling practice facility (north of GIA) A basketball practice facility (south of GIA) A new softball stadium (where Allie P. was) An indoor track (north of Sherman Smith) And more Estimated cost is $325 million.
From OSU's release: "The implementation and order of construction will be determined as funding becomes available for each individual element."

How old is that article? That seems like a whole lot for just $325mil.
I agree the reported estimate seems low for amount of work included in the plan. And this plan was released yesterday. Here’s a little more detail but short on specifics

Just like every estimate regarding future building plans, today's $325 million estimate ends up actually costing $550 million.
It is much easier to get approval for something that is $325 million compared to $550 million. You can figure out the difference later, lol.
Obviously, there are often unexpected expenses… but I also think there’s a fair amount of deceit in some of these types of things as well.
