Not pointing fingers, because I honestly don't know, but were any of these infractions committed while Underwood was the HC there?
 
yes, underwood was the head coach when violations occurred. He scoots away to Illinois for big bucks leaving his mess behind.

Of course, you would say that. OSU head coach Boynton was there, too, as an assistant. Neither Boynton nor Underwood were implicated in any way. Evans was doing this the year before, too, at South Carolina but the head coach there didn’t know, either. Evans was not directed to do this by the head coaches. He did it for personal gain.

Now, of course, since an Iowa fan wants Underwood to be guilty of something, I understand your post. But the NCAA and the FBI found nothing to implicate Underwood in any way. Or Boynton. Or Frank Martin, for that matter.
