I actually think Camp Randall is one of the best venues outside of Kinnick. Madison is a fun place. I am pretty sure you can find douchery among any fan base.
But on a side note, Hayden always said Wisconsin fans were rhe worst. There was a great deal of bitterness from them toward Iowa in the 80s due to Iowa's success. It really wasn't much of a rivalry until Barry got things turned around.

You certainly can tell when it's deep summer on this board when you gotta dig 6 years for an article as utterly inane as this.

Like we Iowa fans have any sort of superiority we can claim versus other fans bases. The internet college sports message board opinion of Iowa fans is mostly what I'd describe as a complete and utter loathing towards us because we seem to have a disproportionate number of complete knuckleheads within the total numbers.

We, as a group, are fairly childish overall. It's like our life's goal is to meet opponents' fan bases out at the bike rack after school because the Big Mean Kid stuck gum in our hair.

I have had some very good times watching games with Badger fans. Fierce rivalry during the game but fun before and after.

But most of them stink of cheese , fumunda cheese to be accurate, they do know how to party it is true . I have a Badger friend I watch the games with up here in Cannabis land and He is a good guy, after being deloused of course.
