His tax paying history is laugable; he is probably dealing in stocks big time ahead of many of his own insider trading Exec Orders

Crazy that some people and the Trumper Dumpsters are so worried about fraud in govt when they fail to fund the IRS when Biden did it and they claimed billions in unpaid taxes by tax cheats.

They are worried about fraud but dont seem to worry about Trump's fraud.

Hey Trump's fraud is a whole different kind of fraud. It's okay fraud, as opposed to any other fraud. Kind of like alternative facts are okay, as opposed to actual legitimate facts. Don't expect Congress to do anything about it, they look the other way in their spineless shaking in their boots manor, and are afraid to do anything.

When talking about divesting portfolios we need to start with Congress. They are all getting rich, and unethical spending starts there.

It’s all wrong. They should all be limited to dollar cost averaging the S&P 500.
Dollar cost averaging is just an investment term used to pacify losers. It means nothing in this discussion. Members of the House and Senate should be barred from investing in anything but the major index funds, which is what I think you were trying to say. You got that part exactly right.

Dollar cost averaging is spreads the investment out evenly. They’d still outperform the indices if they can buy or sell when they like.
