IOWA is the fourth #1 seed in his NCAA bracket.

Nice plug for the Hawkeyes on national TV for a change. Now the Hawkeyes need to keep doing their part.

I just caught the tail end of that discussion but didn't Clark Kellogg essentially agree? I think he then went on to say Xavier is a possible #1 hovering around #5 at this point.

Looked like Kellogg had Iowa as the last 2, but he didn't really disagree with Davis. They both were undecided on the fourth one seed.

The screen showed the four #1 seeds Kellogg picked and the four that Davis picked. Davis' list had IOWA as the #4 seed. There was no question mark by it. Didn't look undecided to me. As to what they said, I don't know. When it comes to sports, my mute button is on about 99% of the time these days. And I'm not the least bit undecided about that. ;)

This year I don't see a big difference between being a 1, 2 or 3 seed.

There is no dominant team this year. I think there are maybe 9 or 10 teams that could still be a one seed, if they got on a roll and other teams picked up a couple of losses. Both Iowa and Mary Land still have a shot from the B1G. I think Iowa will probably need to lose no more than one more game to be a one seed. 15-3 B1G regular season champ and BTT champ would be good enough. 15-3 and BTT finalist might even be good enough, depending on other results.

Still much basketball to be played. Good to be in the conversation....that alone is publicity worth millions of advertising dollars.

Win the Big and tourney were a 1 seed. Lot of basketball left, we seem to be regressing to me....should be an interesting finish the next couple weeks!

I don't know about regressing, but looking at the remaining schedules, even though we have had the toughest first half, it appears to me that we have the toughest stretch yet to come as well. How does that work?

Correct with Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin turning it on..

If Iowa wins the rest of their regular season games they will get a 1 seed. Pretty easily, really. But, they can't play like they did today.

It seems like Iowa alway gets their opponents best shot in games.

The team does seem to be in a funk right now.
